Ticket System
The Ticket System is a place you can both find FAQs (no need to login) and send tickets to the GMs and then see their replies (need to login with your account first). It is a grant new place for solving players’ all kinds of problems. Meanwhile, this section contains many frequently asked questions regarding the game or any of our services. It is updated regularly to include as much in depth know-how as possible. Browse through and see if the question you have already has an answer.

Forum Support
The Forum is a place for you to discuss and communicate with other players about all issues. The special part is our forum service center, if you need any help from others or even the GMs, make a post and you’ll receive a quick reply.
