Community Manager
We are seeking individuals who have Community management experience and have a deep understanding of the free to play mmorpg community. You will be a spokesperson for our company, serving as a liaison to our players and a messenger for our games, promotions and content updates.
Responsibilities:
Moderate official website forums & update in-game communication and announcements.
Read and post to external forums & game related websites.
Provide weekly report on community feedback, buzz and viral coverage.
Communicate with players both in game & on the internet.
Maintain social network presences including facebook & twitter.
Propose and implement new ways to engage our community.
Write and compile marketing materials to be used for media purposes.
Take screenshots and videos for marketing purposes.
Assist in the development of game related web content.
Help drive blogger, fan site and editorial content.
Explore trends in the MMO industry and suggest new ways to grow our player base.
Job Requirements:
Four years college degree in Communication, Media, Social Sciences or related field.
Experience with forums, blogs and social networks. (You will be asked to provide samples)
Strong communication and writing skills is a must.
A deep knowledge of the free to play mmorpg community.
Experience with public speaking and public relations would be a plus.
Jr. Production Artist
We’re growing our team and looking for an enthusiastic Production Artist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be supporting the senior designer with the production and execution of a wide variety of marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
Web production—ongoing website maintenance, web production on the newly redesigned website that is currently in process, email blasts, etc.
Optimize images for web
Create high quality graphic designs with direction from Senior Designer
Assist with production of assets, features and various contents. Additional responsibilities will be tasked in regard to skill set
Provide production support as needed, resizing and optimizing banners for various media.
Job Requirements:
Excellent online graphic, design, typographic and layout skills.
Experience designing online marketing and advertising including animated gif and flash ads, targeted landing pages, site promotions and page layouts.
Extremely organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once, meeting tight deadlines.
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
Excellent communication skills
BA in art or related field.
1-2 years experience in the production of graphic or web materials.
Bi-Lingual Localization Editor- Spanish
* Job Duties:
Responsible for Latin American Region, Spanish version game localization. This includes game text proofreading and localization process, and localization of guides, culture, and habits of Spanish speaking game players.
Responsible for localization of the game registration process, in-game currency system, website maintenance, and related content in Spanish.
Responsible for forum management, updates announcements, Facebook and related SNS communications in Spanish.
Responsible for online GM activities and customer service activities in Spanish.
Work closely with the game producers to translate the Spanish players feedback and needs in order to assist in marketing toward the Latin American audience.
* Requirements:
Spanish as native language, English as second language.
Have game or other software localization experience.
Be enthusiastic for online games with experience in Online and/or MMORPG games and their market.
Be familiar with the "Free to Play" and Micro-transaction based online game market.
Proven time, project and team management skills.
