Lotus Order is a special class. Playing Lotus is not easy as you think. Lotus also is an important person in any team because most of the skills of Lotus are for healing. Many people still wonder about Lotus. They think Lotus is weak, but I'm sure Lotus is the strongest in 9 classes. There are not pking Lotus or healing Lotus because a strong Lotus needs to know how to pk and heal. Down here are the pictures and descriptions about Lotus skills:)(all of the books are 50)

Book 1: Fists of Goddess
Upgrading this book can increase hit for Lotus disciples. Required level is 10

Holy Shot: Increases 271 points spirit attack, cast automatically and continuously, weapon required. This is common Lotus skill.

Signs of Ancient Magics: Increases the damage that Lotus skills cause into the target 32%, weapon required.

Cleric's Willpower: Increases the willpower of the target 30 points.

Book 2: Providence Sutra
Upgrading this book can increase the reflexes HP of Lotus disciples. Required level is 20.

Ice Lance: Increases ice attack 2031 points, skill discipline level is 45, weapon required.

Arcane Stream: Increases spirit attack 7644 points and decrease the target's movement 30%, skill discipline level is 20, weapon required.

Upgrading this book can increase he Hp of Lotus disciples. Required level is 20.

Lotus Vitality : Heals single target 2708 HP. Skill discipline level is 20.

Enlivening Grace: Resurrects a target and restores 10% HP and MP. Skill discipline level is 30.

Life Tap: Protects your body from damage. It makes a shield with 1800 HP, absorbs 40% damage. The shield will disappear, if the damage equals to its HP.Skill discipline level is 40.

Desperate Prayer: This is a skill that you learn from a quest when you reach to level 20. It heals a target 1540 HP immediately but the cooldown time is 5 minutes.

Upgrading this book can increase the spirit defense for Lotus disciples. Required level is 10.

Gentle Spirit Defense: Increases spirit defense rating by 75%.

Blessed Recovery: Heals yourself continuously 70 HP each seconds in 12 seconds. Skill discipline level is 10.

Defensive Fighting: Rage speed-up increases 30%, have 15% chance to slow down the target , cooldown time increases by 50%, cannot be used with Offensive Fighting. Skill discipline level is 30.

Strengthen the Faithful: The amount of absorbed damage increases 20%, can only be used with Defense Fighting and Life Tap. Skill discipline level is 50.

Upgrading this book can increase the MP of Lotus disciples. Required level is 20.

Holy Wrath: Causes 996 damage to a single target, half rage and weapon are required. Skill discipline level is 10.

Inspiring: Removes trap, stun and immune trap, stun in 10 seconds., half rage and weapon are required. Skill discipline level is 20.

Book 7: Lunar Bible
Upgrading this book can increase crit hit of Lotus disciplines. Required level is 35

Three Pronged Assault: Causes 1760 points of damage and makes target bleed 270 points of HP in 30seconds. Skill discipline level is 1 but you have to reach 65 to learn this skill.

Note: There is another skill in this book. The bosses in Werewolf Hill drop it. It is called Divine Vitality. But I have not learned it yet.

Nice guide dude.:D. The most awful skill in DO is secret skill of LO. :cool:. It can take yr health bar down at least half :eek:. And 5 hit from ice land can take a player down (except Shaolin and assassin), but don't worry about those 2 though, if you are a pro LO you can take them down easily (just worry bout Pyro :( )

Lotus Order & Arena
Down here are some of my experience about pking for Lotus. There are many opinions about this. It's just some basic things you should know to pk if you play Lotus.
COMBO:
Searing Light+Signs of Ancient Magic+Three Pronged Assault+Concentration+Ice Lance+ Blinding Light

Signs of Ancient Magic increases your damage xx%. If you don't miss the Three Pronged Assault, you can take away high amount HP of your competitor. Because Three Pronged Assault makes your competitor can't hide to evade Ice Lance. Also, Blinding Light can make your competitor blind in 3 seconds. This is great way to use. Pking with 9 classes has some different ways. But this is basic way that you can use to defeat your competitor in arena.:)

At a lower level of PK, around 45, I usually use Searing Light, Sign of ancient Magics, (Tele Strike, Royalty novice skill ), ( Tele Hit, Taoist Novice - Optional - ), Blinding Light, Holy Wrath, then Arcane Stream. Thanks for telling us about Ice Lance though, I've never really known when to fit that into a combo, so I haven't really ever gotten it.

Looking for a bit of advice; my character is level 32 and his skill levels are:

Fist of Goddess: 25
Providence Sutra: 15
Exorcism: 30
Sword of Fairy: 20
Sword of Lord: 20
Power of Tears: 10

Which should I work on at this point?

My advices are you should to reach lvl 35, then upgrade your third book to lvl 40 because LO is a doctor in team, healing is the most important thing.:p

Searing Light + Three Pronged Assault

Using Searing Light at first making you vonerable and defendless to attack.
Blinding Light first see if the apponent are blind or not if not?
Signs of Ancient Magic right away/invisible
Three Pronged Assault right away
Searing Light
Ice Lance+ Blinding Light
(by this time invisible are finised delay) use it
run to conner buff your HP up

Running up close to your apponent is to make sure your Three Pronged Assault doesn't miss and apponent not dodge it.(The reason Three missed alot because a pro can see when you release a skill and dodge it+when they far away chances it miss is higher)

Why use Concentration before casting Ice Lance? Seems You're wasting Concentrations timer on the time it takes to cast your first Ice Lance. Also, I agree with casting Searing Light towards the end instead of at the beginning. Thanks though, this is good food for thought.

I want to ask bout Ice Lance and the other skill need disciplone lvl 30. My char lvl now is 29 but i still can't use ice lance... Why? i already upgrade the skill many time.. but still can't. :( What lvl till we can use ice lance :confused: Thx alot...

Ice lance has a discipline requirement of 45.. so the soonest you could see that.. will be when your character is level 40, and you max the Providence Sutra book at 5 levels above you to unlock it =)
