What makes a good guild?

Joining the right guild can be as tough as finding a needle in a haystack. Each guild dynamics differs from the next and the priorities of a guild can either bring you tears of joy or tears of anguish. So what do you think makes a guild good? Progression? Good casual fun? Reputation? Or maybe a little of everything? :o

Devotion, Loyalty, and Strength of friendship. These go a long way if all three are active. Nothing else matters much otherwise. That to me makes a great guild. Also the community within the guild, if there is one bad link in the chain the entire chain breaks.
