Saving Susan [3] Bug?

I've been trying for 2 days now and decided to post it here.

I have Saving Susan [3] in my available quest. But whenever I accept the quest from Susan, she'll not moving. She just stays at where she is.

Is this a bug? If not, how to make her move?

Quest isn't bugged, I've done the quest many times both on my characters and while helping others.

Hi, have you killed all the monsters that attack Susan? If not, she will not go out with you. Then have you failed this quest before? If you have failed before, you should give up the quest and re-accept it. There must be a yellow question mark on her head, then try to team up with other players to share the quest. At the same time you’d better have a Divine Enchanter to help. Suan 's defense are weak so you should add enough blood for her in time. Hope it helps!

I did cancel and retake. And I've cleaned up the jail and around from monster.

But susan is just standing there

I have also seen this happen, to a guildmate of mine. We were in a party , cleaning up everything in Steep Stone Cave, and one member had that quest. Having failed it before, all the same "abandon/re-accept" info was given, and the area was well clear, yet Susan would not move. There is something, somewhere that is being missed. Any insight is helpful, and thanks in advance.

I don't think this problem would be easily replicated by others, so I would suggest submitting a video to Customer Service (https://cde.us.changyou.com/do/web_service/bug_submit.jsp?id=320&submit=0&t=100,317,318,319&v=83601e1fbe8145c195d85712039765a0&p=0&rootId=100&gameId=317). Make sure you show clearing the mobs, the yellow ? over Susans head, and accepting the quest. And of course show Susan not move.

You can access in-game video by pressing F11.

Hopefully that would be enough info for them to look into the problem :)

to everyone saying its not bugged ... don't treat us like idiots. this has happened in the past. if it happened to more than one person, there is something wrong. i think it has to do with failing the quest and retaking it. ignoring the problem is bad customer service.
