OK, here we go ---->

Pyromancer’ little detail:
-Highest Physical Attack Rating in the 9 class
-Attack is easy and straight forward.
-Skills are cool down fast.
-Have the least mana in all 9 class
-Have 5 damaging skill
-Have 3 skill that buff Phys Attack
-Can buff revive on self
---What to up ?---
Stamina, Strength or Agility ?
It is the best to add ALL your point when u get when level up to Agility. Because, if you add all point to strength, there is no way that you can beat shaolin. Although your attack is high, but they will miss often, and when Shaolin put on the counter buff, those damage will comeback at you. And if you add point to Stamina, although you will have more HP and last longer, but fighting against the Special Attack class, it really won’t do anything good.
The best way is to add all level up point to agility. And wear cloth that will increase stats in Stamina, Strength and Agility. As for Gem, focus all in Stamina Gem it will raise HP. Phys Attack Gem will increase your attack, so don’t worry about Strength Gem
Which Skill Book to up ?
Book 1,5 is the first priority to up first, it will increase your attack strength. Book 2,3,4 would come next, book 3 contains important skill that is need in pvp = Rage Breaker. And book 4 contain the status buff which will lower opponent’s attack. Book 2 contain Pyro’s strongest skill as well as the attack buff. No matter which other other book line up, as soon as Book 6 reach feat level of 60, u can stop up its level until you reach 89. As for Book 7, although it is really strong, but u should up it about the same level as book 6. Because in a fair pvp, opponent will run around for 1 minute for the effect of Fire Master to end. Therefore, Fire Master is the most effective to hit someone who is unprepared .

Pyromancer's Basic Chain Combo
In a fair fight in LouYang :
First, get ur buff from Battle Frenzy, Light of F, Sup Strength, Water Force ready, then when the battle begin ----> Rage Breaker --> Fire master --> Heroic --> Mighty Strike -->Chilling blast --> Flare --> Flame D --> Thunder Clap .... that's the initial combo, after that, use any skill after it cool down
---> so why set up skill like that ? First, LouYang battle arena's healer will heal your Rage meter by 100%, so when the opponent enter the ring, they will have full rage, thats why u must use Rage Breaker first, even before Heroic. Second is Fire Master, there is a .3 or .5 sec of delay, after u use the move, so use it before Heroic ( so you will not waste those precious 3 sec). Why Chilling blast before Flare and Flame D? There is a chance of reducing opponent's Stamina and Wllpower by xx point, so it is the best to use that move before other damaging tech. Flare before Flame D ? remember that Fire master buff last 60 mins, and Flame D's delay is 30 sec. If You may think that you can pull off 2 Flame D within 1 buff of Fire Master then you're wrong, there is a little delay after FireMaster buff that makes u unable to move for .3 or .5 sec, not to mention the start up time for the animation of Flame D, so you will only be able to pull of 1 Flame D per Fire master. And delay of Flare is 12 sec, which mean you can pull off a maximum of 4 flare. You can slot Thunder Clap anywhere in the chain combo, if ther opponent use the basic conceal. Basic conceal will make you lose your sight of target, but Thunder Clap is an Area skill without target.
In a sneak up fight against someone
First, get ur buff from Battle Frenzy, Light of F, Sup Strength, Water Force ready, then when the battle begin ---> Fire master --> Heroic --> Mighty Strike -->Chilling blast --> Flare --> Flame D --> Thunder Clap--> Rage Breaker .... that's the initial combo, after that, use any skill after it cool down
The only change here is the Rage Breaker, outside, not many opponent can keep a full meter of Rage, so u can slot in Rage Breaker whenever you see fir, i.e if they have more than 50% of rage, then u should use Rage Breaker first.

-Endless Palm- Auto Cast Single Target – Basic Pyro’s melee strike, only need to use only and it will auto cast every time after you click on the target.

-Thunder Clap- Multiple Target Dam- An AoE skill that can hit 10 target in a 5 meters. Damage increase as feat level increase, also varied upon self Attack stat. Delay: 70 sec

-Supreme Strength- Single Target Buff- A buff skill that increase a target’s Strenght by xx point for 21 minutes. Points increase as Skill level increase. 45 point buff at level 80 feat.

-Flame Dragon- Single Target Dam- A single target strike skill, this is also Pyro’s strongest striking skill. Damages increase as feat level increase, also varied upon self Fire power rating. Delay: 30 sec. Learn when Book 2 Level is 45

-Inner Fire- Self Buff Skill- This skill basically allow you to run 50% faster. Every melee class have running skill similar to this. Lasting time increase by .5 sec every 10 feat level. Delay: 60 sec (note that the delay for this skill for Shaolin, Beggar, Royalty and Pyro are the same, delay for Assassin is 30 sec) Learn when Book 2 Level is 20

-Heroic Fury- Single Target Skill- A signle target strike skill that paralyze the opponent for 3 sec. Opponent will not be able to use skill, run, or use item during this 3 sec time. This skill is the second skill to use in pvpDelay: 2 min Learn when Book 2 Level is 0

-Light of Faith- Multiple Target Buff- A skill that buff 12 target in the same pt as the caster (6 player + 6 pet = 12 here) by xxx Phys Attack point. Points increase as feat level increase. Last 10 mins. Learn when Book 2 Level is 40

-Battle Frenzy- Self Buff Skill- A self buff skill that increase user by xxx Phys Attack point and decrease xxx Defense and Spi Defense. Points gain in attack point and loss in defense and spi defense increase as feat level increase. So basically this skill make ur attack stronger but also makes your defense weaker. Last 5 mins Learn when Book 3 Level is 20

-Substitution- Single Target Buff- This skill will ONLY work IF you use it on someone BEFORE they die. You can buff it on anyone. After come back to life, will recover xx% of HP and MP. Percent start at 10% and increase by 1 every 10 feat level. Last for 10 mins. Delay: 10 mins Learn when Book 3 Level is 30

-Rage Breaker- Single Target Dam- A single target strike skill that will also reduce the opponent’s rage meter. This skill is unique to Pyromancer as well as Voodoo, however, pyromancer’s skill does not need any requirement and also reduce more rage. Damage increase as feat level increase, also varied upon self Phys Attack rating. Rage reduction increase as feat level increase (at level 80 feat, it can take away ALL rage point). This is the first skill to use in pvp Delay: 10 sec Learn when Book 3 Level is 40

-Chilling Blast- Single Target Dam- A single target melee strike that may also decrease opponent’s Stamina and Willpower by a xx point. Chance of occurring start at 12% and increase by 2% for every 10 feat level. Stamina and Willpower point decrease as feat level increase. Damages increase as feat level increase and varied upon the user’s Ice power rating. Delay: 12 sec

-Water Force- Defensive Status- A permanent self buff that is mostly prefer in pvp. This status will allow rage to fill up faster by 30%. There is also a 30% chance that opponent’s attack and sp attack will be decrease by xxx points. Attack and Sp Attack decrease more as feat level increase. Cast time: 5 sec Learn when Book 4 Level is 30

-Holy Water- Self Buff Skill- A unique buff only for Pyromancer that can remove poison, burn or anything status effect that ditch out damages over times. Namely a few such as Beggar’s poison, VooDoo’s poison, Minstrel’s Trap, and even the most power skill in the game, which is Lotus’s skill in book 7 at feat 65, it ditch out a huge DIRECT damage over time. P.S --> Beggar and Voodoo’s poison’s damage is variety depend on the skill that cause, if the damage from the poison is too less, then don’t use Holy Water, if the damage is greater than 300, then please use. Because poison can not over lap each other, so if you remove the weaker poison, chance are you will be hit by a stronger one later. Also, Shaolin have one similar skill, however, the delay is really long. Delay: 5 sec. May only be use when Water Force is buffed. Just another reason why u should use water force in pvp ^^ Learn when Book 4 Level is 50

-Flare- Single Target Dam- A single target melee strike that may also causing a “burn” status to opponent. Burn will cause damage over time, and Pyromancer’s burn is 1.5 stronger than Minstrel. Burn damage will varied on your level and and fire power. Chance of occurring start at 12% and increase by 2% for every 10 feat level. Damages increase as feat level increase, and varied upon the user’s Fire power rating. Delay: 12 sec.

-Fire Force- Offensive Status- A permanent self buff that is mostly prefer in pt grind. This status will increase your critical hit by an x point as well as your accuracy by an xxx point. Point increase as feat level increase. Cast time: 5 sec.Learn when Book 5 Level is 30

-Hell Fire- Mutiple Target Skill- This AoE skill will paralyze up to 4 target with 5 meter radius. Opponent will be unable to move or use skill within 3 sec. However, the status will be remove if the target is damage by an attack. Delay: 30 sec. May only be use if Fire Force is buffed. Learn when Book 5 Level is 50

-Flame Strike- Single Target Dam- A single target melee strike that cause a direct damage to an opponent. Damage direct to another player is exactly as written, and x5 toward a monster. This skill reduce your rage meter by 50%. Delay: 25 secLearn when Book 6 level is 10 and your level is 20

-Judgement of Light- Self Buff- Wow, name is so cool…. But the effect realy isn’t. Basically, it reduce your rage meter by 50% and remove your silence status as well as negate it in the next 10 sec. Silence is the blue thing under your feet that allow you to walk, but unable to use skill.Learn when Book 6 Level is 30

-Might Strike- Single Target Skill- A single target skill will cause a status effect of ignore the foe’s defense in the next 30 second. However, becareful when you use this against Shaolin, because they tend to use counter after you use might strike, your attack will just come back at you. This skill require 100% of your rage. Learn when Book 6 Level is 60

-Fire Master- Self Buff Skill- Increase self’s Fire power by an xx point for 1 mins. Fire Power increase as feat level increase. At feat level 60, was able to buff 234 fire power. This skill look really cool when u used it, it look like your whole body is burning…. Kinda like a human torch. Last for 1 mins. Delay : 5 mins

nvm ... heres the skills build .... u should start upping skills from lv 25 ... below that, 2 skills are pretty much enough ... for begger , pump the first book as much as u can. the 3rd book, try to get to lv 40 when ur lv 40, so u can have the 3rd skill. 5th book is extremely good for begger, so be sure to up that book too. 4th book is a lil unnecessary to dont up that book. the 6th book up to lv 10 to get the first skill, and then wait for high lvl to finish to pk. 2nd book, wait till lv 40+ and start upping that book ... because i dont have much time, so i just grabbed this from some vietnamese forum post ... :D ... uhm u should pump ur agi for stat, for gem try and get poison and pump attack damage ... if possible try and pump a lil stamina so you'll survive

When My Char level is up , I thought it will be always strength to be the first priority.
My Char is 50 , when i get status point i always up strength. :p
Open beta is near.......I heard Changyou will roolling-back people stat again,
what should i do to make my stat to be normal as a Pyro?

Thank you very much for creating this guide. I have been looking for a new MMO for a little while now and am pleasantly surprised by Dragon Oath and its...incredible beauty! Of course being new to a game I always like to get a feel for it and try to understand different classes before I jump into one. I decided to go with Pyro Maniac...*cough* Pyromancer for now since it is simple and gives me time to get to know the game, items, pets and all the essentials. :)
This may be slightly off topic but I just have to ask...am I the only one who thinks that the fighting sound effects sound like something from Looney Toons...? Lol sorry but the sound effects sound pretty silly to me...

Cons are low defense and even a lower spi defense ... I guess thats the only con...... Their Ultimate Skill : Fire Master can easily be dodge too ...

You OBTAIN book 7 as a boss drop. Or you can buy it from another player. It ain't cheap in any case.

Only Lotus(Insant heal), Shaolin(War Cry) and Assasins(Targetted cloaking) have skills obtained through quests.
