I don't know if its bad luck or a tad bugged, but when I go collect every type of different herb then go use my pharmacy skill to make powders and such I get HP stuff about 95 percent of the time. I make more MP related items with cooking, with cooking its about even half and half HP and MP. But not with pharmacy, come to think of it, maybe out of all the times I have tried I have made less then 5 MP items. And my herbalism and pharmacy skills are level 4 now and I have yet to even make any amount of helpful MP pharmacy stuff.
