In the 55+zone, I think it's called cloud terrace, mobs have an agro bug. When they will agro on you when they are 50 feet above your head, out of sight range. You have to hit tab to attack them and a lot of times I don't notice until I have like 10% hp and no other mobs are around. This either happens when they respawn(they come down from the air) or when you run by a cliff, I'm not sure which.
