[Checking]Zentia becoming Unresponsive

This has been happening for the past 4hrs

I log in and even get to the character selection screen then once the loading screen pops up, it freezes and becomes unresponsive.

Any thoughts?

This happens to me occasionally as well. Whenever it happens to me if close the game window.

However, I usually have to wait half an hour after doing so before being able to log back into that account.

My language is set to English and most of the time the game runs just fine.
