Not sure if the npc has been started up or not but the system messages say there is funny quizzes at the claims examiner 46,152 in da li. And it was within the time span the clock that lists events says the time it runs at

Or maybe my clock is bugged cause im green at 19:30, meaning its that time ingame, and they says funny quizzes at 17:30

:) aiRWaLKRe, I guess it is your clock that is bugged, because the screen shots you provided show time as 03:44 and that is not the funny quiz time, but never mind, do not feel any uneased or embarassed if a bug you reported proved to be not a bug, we will do both the bug checking and then submitting~

Go and try the funny quiz, i recommend, it really challenges people to give correct answer to each question hehheh~:p Good luck~
