[Checked]Bug: Boss - Masked Phantom does not have any drops

Description: The boss in Mask Town, Masked Phantom, does not have any drop rate when killed. On the manual under Mask Town Bosses the drops are listed. Our team has killed the boss 5 times and without any drops, also one other team has killed him as well and no drops.

Steps:
- Enter Mask Town with a team
- Kill the Masked Phantom
- Observe drop rate

Problem: Masked Phantom has no drop rate

Solution: Add the drop rate for Masked Phantom Boss

how many did u test it?....no drop at all?...because i think boss should give no drop sometime(Rarely drop but good drop) ^^

Yeah, that's why we kept testing it. He never dropped anything at all, for any of us, not even cash loot or processing materials. Perhaps we haven't killed him enough, but it does seem like he's not been itemized.

As stated in the bug we tested him 5 times ;) . And another group killed him a few times also with no drops. So in total I'd say 8 - 10 times with 0 drops.
