There currently isn't an easy reporting feature in game. Definitely have to look into this.
In the meantime, you can ignore them, and if you get a chance, post them up in the "Report Gold Spammers" thread in the main Zentia > General Discussion area... Katealyst and the CS team will be able to work from that.
