None seems to care about my white screen problem, so i guess it means that this game is ****ed up. I really looked forward to play this game, but NOOO. Something has to happened. Evertime i press start, the game window comes up, but it only loads. I have tried to set graphics to lowest, and adding it to my firewall, and start as administrator, and reinstall the game. But nothing works!!. Why didnt any GM fix this?

Please disable your non-english language packs. That should fix it. Thanks!

Zombie, Windows needs to be running English. If Windows is running in any other language, you will have graphics problems.

You'll need translate the following for whatever language your machine is running, but in Windows 7:

1. Click the Windows Button (usually, lower left corner of your Windows Desktop)
2. Choose "Control Panel"
3. Inside the Control Panel, click on "Clock, Language, and Region"
4. Inside Clock, Language, and Region; click on "Region and Language"
5. In the drop-down box below "Format:" choose "English (United States)"
6. Click on the "Apply" button and then the "Ok" button

DONE!

How to change default language pack on Windows to English:

1. Open the Control Panel, and click on the Region and Language icon.

2. Click on the Keyboards and Languages tab, then choose a display language [ENGLISH] and click on OK.
NOTE: If you do not see a Choose a display language option or the language that you want, then this means that you will need to install the language pack that you want to change the display language to first.

3. Restart your computer. When it starts back up, everything will now be in english.

Following these instructions should allow you to change your default windows language to English, meaning it will no longer have the graphic errors. Good luck!

Small guide I wrote for the subject, it should work on Windows XP. Most of the credits to http://sevenforums.com - Found it via googling. Full guide:
