[Check]Bug - lou yang teleport scroll caused Muscularity Hit skill timer to cooldown

Bug: I bought a lou yang teleport scroll from Mrs. Long gem merchant in lou yang and used it in lou yang, and happened to be looking at my normal skill tab and noticed it seemed like the muscularity hit skill had been used

And this one shows the muscularity hit skill counting down with the teleport scroll cooldown, I could see the teleport scroll cooldown cause I had also bought a su zhou teleport scroll and it was sitting in my inventory too, the second one on the bottom row of the inventory right below the musculariy hit description hover

Do you mean this is the cooling down time error,aiRWaLKRe.I am afraid it is the normal game setting ,but it would be very hard for me not to say thank you for your discreetness .:)

Not really a cool down time error it just seemed like using the scroll also used the muscularity skill at the exact same time as i used the scroll
