NPC: Fong Chiao

Problem: When Fong Chiao speaks during the Solon Manor quest, he refers to the Doctor as Doctor Xue, and Doctor Hsueh.

Proposed Solution: Make the references consistent.

Note: The lower text box in my screenshot is when Fong Chiao is speaking before entering the instance. The upper text block is inside the Solon Manor instance.

Thank you for your detailed finding and you are right Eikona, the reference of the doctor is not consistant. We will have people double check this and will have it fixed up as soon as possible.
