Is there some way to get to the guide or in-game help, other than clicking the tiny question mark on the map? I can't seem to find it anywhere else.

You can assign a key to Help under system, keyboard. I just tried it, doesn't seem to work lol

Yes, the ? mark is the only way to sneak into the help system right now. That system is still being cleaned up a bit, adding new screenshots and notes.
It should be ready soon, so hang in there..

So, does that mean it will be moved to the main UI or into the ESC menu? That would be great if it is moved to be more accessible.

...it will be available directly from the main GUI. Up by the mini-map in the top right corner, there will be a button for it again. It was there in the early builds, but we've had to remove it until we complete the localization process for it.
It will definitely be there before Open Beta, but I expect it to be there even sooner.
