1. Q: I came across a graphic problem in Zentia, what should I do?
A: This problem has been fixed in version 1.1.28.10. Run the Zentia Patcher to download the latest version.
2. Q: This is the first time I’ve played Zentia, and I get stuck at the login page. What should I do?
A: Please try the following:
1. Re-login to see if that fixes it.
2. Delete the game (running the uninstaller), then download (better from another source)and reinstall the game to see if that fixes it.
3. Run Dxdiag on your PC and Email Us (https://cde.us.changyou.com/do/web_service/bug_submit.jsp?id=320&submit=0&t=100,317,318,319&v=83601e1fbe8145c195d85712039765a0&p=0&rootId=100&gameId=317) the report.
3. Q: I got disconnected by accident, and now I can’t log back on. What can I do?
A: You might want to try the following:
1. First wait a little while (10-30 minutes) and then try to re-login.
