Is there any area in game where you can 'peddle' your items. Everywhere I have checked states that you cannot peddle here. Where can i peddle at ?

yes there are places where u can peddle , selling items,pets... the 2 places i know are Lou Yang -Merchant , and Su Zhou near the Medicine and Pawn Warehouse.
