When I click "I want to join a clan", the clans listed seem to be random. I get every variation between 0 clans to 3 clans being listed. Most of the time, I see only 1 clan (the same one).
Shouldn't all clans be listed each time you click "I want to join a clan"?

I think only clans/guilds that have people that are online, that can accept your clan/guild request, are shown on the list. Once the game officially launches, there'll be lots and lots of clans/guilds; so showing all of them will produce a very long list. Also, for newbies, they probably want to get a reply right away, so that could be another reason.
The 2nd and 3rd tab in the Social window, currently don't work, and I think those are your clan and guild tabs so functionality for clans and guilds aren't fully implemented at the moment. This could also be the reason.

Hmm, could be. But if you keep clicking, you'll get different results, which makes me think it randomly lists guilds.
