the NPC Shong Wu in Emperor's Arena of Mt Sanctity. On the Tab map it shows up as Luo yang, because next to Shong Wu there is an NPC that teleports you back to the Luo yang entrance to the arena. This Repair NPC who is next to the teleporter, the ressurect setter, and the magic doctor who sells food and drugs has an option for you to repair your item. When you say, yes, i would like to repair my item, a window comes up asking you "Please Input item that needs to be repaird" Repaired is spelled as "repaird" and needs an "e" after the 'r' and before the 'd'.
