[N]Bug - Mintrel Teleport (flying shadow) skill cant teleport over, up or down a hill

Description: The minstel flying shadow skill doesn't allow your character to teleport down or up a hill you cant walk over regularly.

You can see in the picture where I was trying to teleport to, the little teleport circle icon is on the road on the left side, At that or any hill you cant normally walk down you can't teleport over. And it is for sure within the distance of the skill cause I can teleport to the top of the screen in that picture which is farther than down the hill :
The message that it gives says "Advance has obstacle"

also cant teleport on the same height level across a gap as in this picture from twin island on some docks.

it is not a bug, it has been like this for age ..... like if there is something in between where u stand and where u try to tele... it will say that. For example, in the 1st pic, ur obstacle would be the the little slope, 2nd pic would be the hole in the middle.

p.s in Lou Yang, inthe place where u buy pet foods or going to Pet island, u can tele up on the roof or tele through the wall in any 4 direction.....

Ok guess I'm just use to other mmo's that the teleport skill allows for such an action to take place.
