Description: The NPC Yao Dao [207 , 49], after getting his quests (Recapture Dam, Recapture Mine, and Recapture Packway), has a quest complete indicator even when the player did not finish any of the 3 named quests.
Steps:
- Get to Lv 28
- Head to Werewolf Plains
- Talk to Yao Dao [207 , 49]
- Recieve the 3 quests named in description
- Walk out of the area so the NPC is not in view
- Open the map
Problem: The map indicates that the player has finished the 3 named quests
Solution: The player is indicated that the quests are finished, when they are finished.
