Problem: Both the pop up window asking for approval to become an apprentice, and the system mail that provides details of being an apprentice after the apprenticeship has been accepted have text errors.

1) The permission box has missing spaces both times the master's name appears in the text.

2) The system notification mail has cut off text.

Proposed Solution:

1) Add spaces.
2) Increase the size of the text display area to allow more text to appear.
