Problem: The identify scrolls sold by Wise Chuh in Da Li have incorrect information in the description.
1) The level 1 Identify IS says that it identifies items of level 10 and level
10+ when it in fact identifies items of level 10 and 10- (levels 1-10).
2) The level 2 Identify IS says that it identifies items of level 20 and level 20+ when it in fact identifies items of level 20 and 20- (levels 1-20).
3) The level 3 Identify IS says that it identifies items of level 30 and level 30+ when it in fact identifies items of level 30 and 30- (levels 1-30).
4) The level 4 Identify IS says that it identifies items of level 40 and level 40+ when it in fact identifies items of level 40 and 40- (levels 1-40).
