[checked]Bug: Exploit - Pet can attack other mobs from impassible areas

Description: The players pet can attack an enemy from an impaaible area, such as high cliff or across a ravine. This causes the mob to be confused and rock back and forth while just dying. Free experience can be obtained this way without harm. Major exploit.

Steps:
- Take your pet to an area with impassible spots ( IE. High Cliff )
- Attack any enemy mob below the cliff
- Click on an area around your feet to stop the auto move
- Watch pet and enemy mob

Problem: Pet will attack the enemy mob continuosly without harm

Solution: Pet is unable to attack from impassible areas, or far away.

i thought it always like this all the times, pet can attack anyone no matter where they are within a 20 meter (in game)
