[checked]Bug: Enemy mob has blue tagged name randomly

Description: After talking to an NPC in a city, and then entering a hunting area, a random mob will have a Blue Tagged name. I have tried many times to figure this bug out but cannot come to any conclusion of why it is happening.

Steps:
- Talk to any NPC in any town
- Enter any Hunting area
- Wander round and look at mob names.

Problem: Randomly a mob name will be tagged blue

Solution: All mob names are tagged correctly.
