1) party of 3 and u are the leader
2) talk to the guy give u the quest
3) he will transfer u to the market, there u see Demon Mai & 4 Cunning Chaser

complementing Love2Die nice info about.. This is a lotus class quest and the npc guy is the pharmacy master on su zhou if Im not wrong it is located on same street su zhou pet shop its!

Many people have problems with this quest =) When you talk to the npc the quest tells you to see, make sure you scroll down, you'll see an instance option. Click on that and it'll take you to the instance where those guys are.

They will not appear right away, and sometimes not all of your party members will see the mobs at the same time.
