[Checked]Bug: Quest - Spacing issues with two quests from West Lake

Description: There are two quests from West Lake that have spacing issues. Both of them you can recieve in West Lake.

Steps:
- Get to level 25
- Get quests "Han Ma's Letter to Yao Do" and "Present the Sickle"
- Open the quest log and read over the quests details

Problem: Both quests have spacing issues shown in the picture

Solution: Adjust the spacing for quests.
