How to unignore someone?

How do I unignore someone? I accidentally put someone in my ignore list, but now I can't unignore them or talk to them.

press ESC, click game and then in the game setting you can reset.

Do you see where that bar that has Character, Skills, Pets, Quest, and trade?
Above it, there are little buttons. Pick the 2nd one, it looks like an X, and delete whoever is in there.
