Relic: Deadly Ice

Can someone tell me what skills you get when you get this relic for assassin?

Like what skills you get and what they do.

Its a ranged skill that damages and stuns the target. It requires 20% Hp
You need to have the relic - Deadly ice and Lv 65 book Frost nova

So the Relic: Deadly Ice does not give me a "set" of skills, rather just 1 single skill that is ranged, and stuns the target.

If that's true I honestly don't see why people would pay 300-400g for that 1 extra skill.

It not only stuns target but also inflicts direct damage. And it is very useful in pk. Lvlin the book will increase your crit atks and you need the Lv 65 book to get the skill 'Frost Nova'

think of it like this you have an very high crit hit ice attack and phy attack, and when you go to use it. plus with other sin skill. u can finsh most foe way before they even get started.
