【Checked】Bug: Quest - Quest of Assassin Mo states finished when its not

Description: Obtaining the Relationship quest " Quest of Assassin Mo " then leaving the zone and coming back in ( without finishing the quest ), makes the map indicator think the quest is finished and acts as such. The NPC Assassin Mo's icon will blink on the main map and have a green arrow on the mini map stating that the quest is complete.

Steps:
- Obtain Level 20
- Go to Da Li
- Complete the quest line to obtain "Relationship" quests
- Go to Assassin Mo [107, 136]
- Get the Relationship quest " Quest of Assassin Mo"
- Leave Da Li
- Go back in to Da Li
- Open map

Output: The map shows that the quest is done and has the quest finished indicator around Assassin Mo

Requested: The quest indicator only shows up when the quest is finished.
