Question on Character Attack

Why it is sometime my character his common is really fast like the hit combo per time and most of the time he hitting one hit per time and really slow make me wanna fall asleep. Please help me answer this question.

2. Is there any skill that can make my character attack fast all the time?

the atk speeds is always the same its just the graphic n its movements that make u think differently, n theres nothing u can do to increase ur atk rate
