[N]Bug: Two seperate NPC windows open, Shop & Dialogue

Description: The player is able to open a direct shop NPC and a dialogue NPC at the same time. Both windows are functional like can repair at the shop while reacting to a quest on the dialogue screen.

Steps: ( Example steps of how i obtained this issue )
- Go to Luo Yang
- Talk to Budding Bai [135 , 166]
- Leave shop window open
- Talk to Pharmacist Zhang [135 , 166]
- Leave dialogue window open
- Execute many options between the two windows.

Output: Both windows are open at teh same time, shop and dialogue

Requested: Only one NPC window can be opened at a time wether it is a shop or dialogue.

Thank you for reporting this, Wanfei, however this is not a bug. You can open multiple windows for your convience.
