This is actually not a bug bajerocks. It's one of the fun features in the game that allows you to jump across the rooftops, especially with your class's specific jump skill that you can level up.
I mean after all, what sort of kung fu master doesn't hop gracefully across the rooftops?;)

Even if it was a bug, i would be sad to c this excluded, like u said this is the best part of this game.:D
