There is 1 skill for beggar that give poison. If i recall it correctly it is a buff that last for 30 second. Again, I dont play Beggar so I dont know what the skill name sorry

I dont think beggar have any skill that do passively.

your 3rd book - Call of the Dragon 1 - 3rd skill after level 40 discipline. It's called Drifting Spiral and it's a 2 minute buff.
