Description: In the quest " Cross Farwell Way " the location of Collector Tsao is at Dun Huang Moon Lake yet he is no where near the Moon Lake at all.
Steps:
- Obtain Lv 11 and head to Dun Huang
- Obtain quest " Cross Farewell Way "
- Observe the location of Collector Tsao
