Please note that consignment has been disabled after the latest update On April 29th. We find that there are some players who went to NPC Pong Pong or Ting Ting in Luo Yang to consign their tokens before the update, and they didn’t collect the gold at the NPCs in time. Then after the update, the players couldn't use the "Collect Tokens or Gold" to get back these tokens or golds because the consignment has been disabled.
If this happened to you, please don't worry about anything and submit this issue to us here. We have already worked on this issue, and will provide a proper solution for this kind of issue for you soon.
