I found the system requirements for the game.
Basic settings:
Intel Pentium III 800M CPU
256MB of RAM
A DirectX 9.0 graphics card
DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card
1.5 GB of hard disk space
Recommended settings:
Intel Pentium IV 1.4G CPU
512MB of RAM
A DirectX 9.0 graphics card
DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card
1.5 GB of hard disk space

Surprisingly low requirements, even my old steam powered PC should run it on max settings no problem.

Unless they got a bad internet connection which most Americans do. I was one of them. They were dark days and lag poke me every time a lot of people were on...dark days....

I'm Running a T3 line ( Thats 45mbit both ways up/down ) which is basically 5 Megabytes per second up and down

Oh nice you've got an awesome connection. Right now im running comcast cable. Rofl. It's not so bad though but they limit your GB to 250gb a month and if u go over it they nag u to death.
