When i first got my key and checked out the DO site and watched the trailer, i was unimpressed with the game in general. The graphics were bad and it just looked so generic. :( The days went by as i waited for Pre-CB to come, i got dissapointed by so many games that i didn't hype up with this. The game just seemed horrible...
That was untill i actually played it. I have never played an MMO that kept my interest before this, this was different, i am having fun? In an MMO? How can this be? The trailer doesn't do the game justice, i actually think it makes the game look bad, i pump up the graphics options and the game actually looks great, not the best but still very pleasing to the eyes.
But what impressed me the most was the gameplay, 9 different classes each with their own base. Lot's of pets to capture and train, what makes it better is that the pets only require like half of the EXP you would need to level so they never lag behind. Lot's of different equipment and non combat things to do, tons of events that actually reward you and many quests that seem the same as every other game yet they are so much more enjoyable for some reason.
I hope that anyone that is discouraged to play because of the trailer and the generic concept will look past it and find that this a very unique game with lots of content and fun gameplay. Don't listen to anyone who says this game is bad untill you actually try it, you might not like it...
Or you may be just as suprised as me! :)

Thanks for the compliment Gortelux. We're doing our best to make the game as enjoyable as possible to the US market. If you have any suggestions as to what could make things better don't hesitate to post them in the thread!

So far i can only think of one suggestion, and it might be fixed later but i will post it anyway.
The quest rewards are sometimes unbalanced, i can do a quest in a map which requires me to walk across the map and talk to an NPC and i get 20% EXP.
Then i can do a quest in the same map which requires me to walk across the map and kill 30 mobs and i only get like 15% EXP. (Same level during each quest, it's not a big deal but it's weird) I would think increasing some of the quests EXP reward would fix it, or you could just switch the EXP rewards of some of the quests so it makes a little more sense. :D
So far that is all i got, great job with the game DO Team! I hope you might take this suggestion into consideration.

some quests do ask you to kill a lot mobs and it seems hard, but once you are in a team, you will find it much easier and quicker to finish. about the quests that only require you to walk and talk to an NPC, you have to finish them on your own without other's help
considering this, you can say that this game encourages teamwork.

It took me 2 hours to get used to the graphics and interfaces, 3 hours to completely fall in love with this game.

DO does focus on building teamwork and relationships with
other players and this can be seen throughout the game from
events to master/disciple award relationships. If you ever
need someone to group with, just ask around and I'm sure there
will be someone there who also needs to complete the same quest!

Thanks for your suggestion about balancing of quest EXP and gaming EXP, it will be taken into consideration by the DO team. Have fun ,Gortelux.
