Savvy Different for 2nd Gen than for Wild and Young?

I've noticed that at 5 Savvy the young and wild pets gain 4.4% in savvy but the second gen's I've seen gain 8%

Is this a glitch or for real?

If it's real if I work to gain 2 Second Gen young pets, then breed them will the 3rd gen have even better Savvy results?

You can only breed young pets. That means no rare or second generation. The npc tells you so and it's a common knowledge thing.

i've seen Second Generation Wild and Young pets.

So what does it mean for them?

That's just the name of the pet, not the actual title which is relevant when it comes to breeding.

I've caught every pet up to 75 that's currently available and have never seen what you speak of. You need a screenshot.

And regardless, second gen. pets cannot breed period.

It's a bug guys. We've already reported it in the bugs section...

If you link to a pet, the percentage says the correct number (although the actual stat increase is wrong). If the pet is in your inventory, it'll reflect a lower number when you click on it yourself.

well i have second gen right now , its saavy is 5 also 4.4%. i think it depends on the level, right now its at level 1, i'm sure hoping that it gets to 8% O___O

edit: i failed on 6 and did it again. this time i did get the 8%. not sure if it matters, but the 1st time i used a bone 4 to upgrade to 5. just putting it ou there since its same number of bones and saavy.

2nd edit: ok nvm, when i click it on the system message it shows 8%, but when i check it in my inventory its only 4.4%. weird.
