Need help with shaolin

I just joined shaolin and stuck in there. I would like to go outside of the temple but don't know how. Can anyone tell me how can I go outside the place? Also, the quest I received require me to go to a place outside but there seems no way that I can go since to use the portal I need to be in lvl 20 but I'm still at lvl 10.

well u can go to sanctity from ly cause the class teleport tells u to be lv20 before u go.
