You will get a Master who can answer questions about the game and help you on quests and lvling up. It's a nice way to introduce yourself to the game and gain a friend.
When you hit lvl 30 and 45, you and your Master will also get a great prize. :)
The Master will get a lot experience and moral points for helping you, which is a great incentive for them.
