ONRPG is a independant website, and cannot tell where you live. They can't read minds.

lol hehe i no that but it gets annoying this is the 7th game i can't play for cb lolz so mite aswell as give my key away :)

Incorrect. IP tracking easily can give them a good idea of where people live near or at. They're systems just aren't... good enough perhaps... to do this.

I co-own a website 287k+ registered members, so yes I do know what IP tracking can, and cannot do.
The "Systems" are good enough, any website can get your IP. They just have not implemented any "restrictions" about the IP's.

any ways if sum 1 from the us doesnt have a key an wants to play i have 1 he can have if it will work for them :)

The "Systems" are good enough, any website can get your IP. They just have not implemented any "restrictions" about the IP's.
IP-tracking is easy. Converting the IP into a country is a tad harder, and isn't common knowledge, such as simple 'here is your IP' stuff. Then censoring out or allowing a range of IPs is hard for two reasons... it is just plain not as easy as getting a single IP, and it would be hard to find what ranges of IPs to block/allow.

Seem's this game has that worked out. It is quite easy, hell some people have a dynamic image in their signature that can even tell you what browser you are using in a matter of miliseconds.

It's not hard to block IP ranges specific to certain countries. Chances are, it was just too much of a pain in the *** for these websites to integrate ALONG with the key generating coding. It isn't their fault - you should have read what is plastered everywhere that tells what countries cannot play.
I saw it yesterday, well before they started giving out keys.
