First of all, you probably want a QUALITY browser, such as FireFox (I have seen major download speed increases) but this is NOT REQUIRED it is just optional.

Second, navigate to http://do.us.changyou.com/

That is the official website of Dragon Oath. Any updates, and/or important notices will be posted there. Event notifications also go there.

If you do not have an account yet, Click HERE (http://account.us.changyou.com/reg/applyuser.jsp)

Once registered, you may navigate to the Download page, or CLICK HERE (http://do.us.changyou.com/game/downloads01.shtml) to be navigated to the download page.

Once there, you have MANY choices of downloads, I would go with the default Dragon Oath Direct Download. But if you think another mirror (website) is faster, go for it.
