pet growth vs pet talent

Now I know that there has been some threads about this but in my opinion it hasn't been clarifying to the point. So my question comes from a player, that says a pet with excellent growth does more dmg than a pet with same talent but normal growth, is this true??

From my understanding i thought that the pets growth jus determines how fast the pet will lvl up i could be wrong too so can someone set me in the right direction?

lol idk i have pet growth normal but talent timid i will make spt atk 10000 when reach lvl 40:D

Doubt youll make 10k spi atk by level 40 with normal growth rate lmao...

Growth rates affect your pet's actual natural stat gains when it levels up, and talents modify your current stat value.

But higher level pets are always better, you can be a perfect growth rate of like 1,000 on a mantis but have a 'good' growth rate of 1200 on a higher levelled pet, it's only good compared to perfect, but the number value matters more than what rank the rate is named.

1.low tal (1800/1900) with excelent grow
2.hi tal (2000 or above) with normal grow

each growth is about 150 point apart. For example:

2500 normal = 2350 good = 2200 eminent = 2050 exc = 1900 perfect

have u finish ur guide yet cause i would not also like to see the math but not jus in theory i wanna see it in action cause wat i was told that the growth rate only effects how fast the pet will grow as in how fast it gains xp, has nothing to do with how much dmg your pet will do. from my understanding is thats wat determines how much actually xp ur pet gets like when u killing mobs, the xp that the screen may say pet gets 12xx xp but ur pet not actually getting that much or the higher the growth rate there is like an xp bonus. see ive had prem and ive had perf growth pets and the only diff i see and its big say jus a prem growth pet the pet lvls faster. see my normal growth pet with high str tal she takes for ever to lvl jus 1 do 6x q123 with double xp and still dont lvl up, but my prem and perf i had would lvl up 3 times at same lvl.
