Suggestion forum
Welcome to Dragon Oath’s suggestion forum. This forum is used to collect suggestions for our Dragon Oath game. We believe you can make Dragon Oath better by helping us come up with ways to improve the game. Before you help us, there are a few guidelines you need to follow.
Procedure of post:
1. Search the keyword first
To ensure your post has not already been posted, search the forum using keywords. Please do not post a suggestion that has already been made.
2. Make the title clear
Include [suggestion] within the title and make it clear. This will help other players find the suggestion easily. A good title will be descriptive. Please refrain from using titles such as “good idea” or “best suggestion.”
3. Make the content of the post comprehensive
A suggestion report needs to have following elements:
l Nick name in forum
l Character name in the game
l Server name
l Description
a. Please follow the forum rules for all posts in the Dragon Oath forums
b. Include a poll in your post
c. Make one suggestion per thread
d. Include details in your description and expand your idea
e. Be clear when describing your idea
f. Contact number (phone number or email)

Q: Do I need a poll in my suggestion?
A: Yes, a poll could help us to determine whether your idea is suitable for other players as well. If your idea is well received from others, we may consider your idea.
Q: What should I put in the poll?
A: A simple “yes” and “no” in the poll and exclude the option of multiple choices. Including multiple choices obscures the idea behind the suggestion. Please remember to keep the polls friendly.
Q: How can I get official feedback?
A: Due to the volume of suggestions we receive, we cannot respond to every post. However, our staff will collect the post and pass them to the game designers. After careful consideration, we may implement your idea. You may check the Approved Suggestions list to see if your idea has been implemented.
Q: How will I know if my suggestion has been read and passed to the game designer?
A: The title of your suggestion will change after it has been read to the following:
1. [checked] – a known but not reported yet
2. [need more information] – additional information is requested
3. [reported] – reported to game designer
4. [repeat post] – repeated posts will be closed
5. [non-suggestion] – suggestion is not practical
The progress of your suggestion will be indicated in the title.
