What features does Dragon Oath have that make it different from other games?

Im hoping this isnt another useless grinder just like the rest of them with the only thing being different is the equipment.

The only thing I know about this game so far is that it has mounts :)

Ok not a lot of information has been released as it's not alloud so am going by what i found out looking on other Dragon Oath sites and what people have posted.

Well, mounts are pretty much standard nowdays. From what I can make out of the interview with Martin Tan, he says:

"The reason for such a massive and sensational popularity is because of its uniqueness of features and the depth of "Dragon Oath." It is very easy to play while having very deep features and systems. Also, it has the excellent economy system, and most importantly, a "supreme" community system."

Not quite sure what they mean with "supreme" community systems, bit curious of that myself.

And from what I heard the game is pretty popular in China, so there must be something good in there :)

It has a very nice background to it. Dunno how much of it is actually present ingame, besides the factions.

Ive read that theres a lot of things to do aside of plain grind, starting by the fact that this would be a quest-based game so the grind isnt that rough and theres also some skills like fishing, minning, cooking, etc... So Im rly waiting forward to play this game ;]

The pet system looks kind of different too. And it looks like from the screen shots you can do ingame parades for weddings like the chinese ones.

this game is not 3D game :)...actually i think it's 2.5 game :)

Personally I love that players are able to create a player city with their guild. I love that feature in the game.

Along with that, the option to be able to open your own shop is very cool to me as well.

Along with all of the features mentioned above, the game is just quite fun to play.

I ask you to try it out once a key is available and give some opinions of your own. Any suggestions you have are always a big help.

Your level progression determines when some features become available, so it encourages you to progress as much as possible in order to see everything the game has to offer.

A lot of this is already in other games, I wanna see some unique content!

there are many ways to earn money in the game
+ to be a trader ( for your city or npc)
+ to be a pet trainer(catch a good pet and sell it)
+ make products (food, medicine...) and sell them
+ circular quests
+ boss hunting (gem, special stone,..)
+ robbing (trader)

lol not easy as it sounds because traders in guild tend to be high level char and/or char with skills that increase movement speed ( because they have to run from town to town). Be sure you can kill him in 1 - 2 combo otherwise he will kill u back or run away.

Any game is unique experience if you decide to stay as long as the terminal on the world comes , btw, this game is funny adventure featuring so many classes with clan dispute and quest to perform , a runescape to try your blade and passion . Enjoy it :)
