Will this game have IP Blocks?

Hello, I am seeing all the wonderful concept arts, the nice graphics and good promises. But will everyone from around the world be able to play it? I got to ask will this game have IP Block? Will this game be open only to players registered in the US?

From what I understand, there will be a block on China (since they have their own servers). Don't know about anywhere else. It'll probably depend upon whether other areas will have their own servers as well.

you r granted an access to the game depending on where you live ,as far as i know, there will be ip blocks
