they still haven't even finished the website it's gonna be a lil bit before testing and all that comes in. they announced when the website is done more info on the timeline of beta/release should be on it along with screen shots and all that.

A good tip to know when the game will be ready for testing is to keep an eye on your email. ChangYou will likely send you a notification when they invite people to test the game, before they release in Open Beta, etc. Coupled that with checking back on the official game website and these forums, you cannot miss out on the Launch date :)

The end of the home page trailer video states closed beta begins July 2.

Maybe they will stick to that, but there is no firm date out yet. Best to keep an eye open just in case.

The giveaway contest will run from today June 12th and end on Sunday, June 14th. Giveaway winners will be contacted by email with their beta key and the link to the game client download. Alpha testers may access the alpha servers immediately after receiving their keys and continue to test the game for the next 3 weeks.

Hmm the event will end by June 14th, that does not necessarily mean the results will be announced on the June 15th.

Pre-Closed Beta: Beginning of July for 5 weeks.
Closed Beta: Around August 10.
Open Beta: Around September 10.
And it seems the Alpha test will begin tomorrow (June 15th). :D

Alpha Testers will be selected this evening and then I will send out the first round of emails late tonight when I get back to the Office. .
If you included your DO forum name in your application, and I see you posting here. I'll be sure to give you a big gold star when I review.

Awesome, so about an hour to wait, since it's been about 3 hours from that post. Hehe, can't wait! This game looks so amazing and different!

Email him again? Like I said, I followed instructions on the giveaway news post on GG main site 6 hours after it was posted. I emailed him with the subject it told me to, exactly as it said, caps sensitive... then put my GG forum username in body... Untam3d

He was supposed to reply to you asking for more information & giving you the Alpha Testing rules. You had to reply to the second email. If you did not get this second email , please email him again. I'll let him know to watch your email & give you an account as well.

Now it is possible , that GameGravity just did not pick you as a tester :P ... But I am sure that's not the case. I sent him an email to email you.
We had wanted to use GameGravity to find some tester initially , since we have done no real marketing or PR for the game. But I think Next week we will take it over ourselves.
