Symbols in Guild Title: How To? If Possible?

Can anyone teach me how to add symbols like the flashing stars, hearts etc . . . I'm guessing the coding is different for the guild title than the chat box. Thanks for your input

So how do you make the star symbols, like to put them in pet names because i have seen many people with this and it looks really cool, also how do you get pet names in chinese it looks cool.
